We undertake most of our instructions on a fixed fee basis of £85 + VAT. This makes it easier for everyone.

Where instructions are publicly funded – we’ll provide a full breakdown on the current Legal Aid rates.

HOW WE WORK

We try to keep things simple.

Every instruction we conclude will return a full report on our activity, together with a Court ready proof of service.

While we are working on your instruction, we’ll report back at regular intervals until we’ve completed the service.

We deal with all instructions as urgent. We understand some cases require immediate attendance.

We’ll attend at Court and collect documents for immediate service.

We will action all new instructions within 24 hours of receipt- regardless of where they are in the UK.
