Do you undertake legal aid instructions?

Yes we do. We know some providers don’t because of the extra work involved in calculating invoices and waiting for payment. It doesn’t bother us at all- it just means that we need to know whether an instruction is legally aided or not. This is a question we ask on our online instruction form. We charge out at the current legal aid rates.
